A small pedestrian gate allows for easy entry and exit as well. Upon parking, guests ascend two flights of stairs to reach the apartment at entry level. The lower floor is fitted with American shutters, providing added security and privacy, reflecting the safety of the entire Villa Lovrana block, which houses only seven exclusive flats.
