Die Lage ist schön, allerdings muss man schon fit sein denn zu Fuß kann die Lage auf dem Hügel schon anstrengend sein. In ca 10 min Fußmarsch ist man auf der Kloof Street, wo es sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten gibt. Zusätzlich hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Tafelberg.Die Nachbarschaft ist sicher und ruhig und unseren Mietwagen konnten wir immer direkt vor der Tür parken.Der Gastgeber Johan ist super freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.

Communication before and throughout our stay couldn't have been better. The studio is one of a kind - tastefully and thoughtfully furnitured, beautiful art work, a nice range of materials that will speak to all your senses, a super comfortable big bed, nice rain shower, kitchen that has everything you'd need. Tamboerskloof is a great area, close enough to a nice variety of restaurants and cafes, safe, quiet, pretty houses, nice mountain views and street parking right in front of the house was never a problem. The neighborhood is quiet, but you can walk to restaurants on Kloof St. in 10 minutes. Uber is very inexpensive, so getting around is easy. Perhaps best of all was getting to know hosts Johan and Mias, who provided great recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing, and were flexible about check-in and check-out. They helped make our three nights in Cape Town very special.
