• Please note that the property may include stairs, balconies, and outdoor areas that require mindful use.
• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children and minors at all times.
• No running, climbing, or leaning over balcony railings is permitted.
• Slippery surfaces may occur when wet — particularly on tiles, stairs, and balconies — please take care to avoid falls.

Balconies, Railings, and Heights

• Guests use balconies and outdoor terraces entirely at their own risk.
• Do not lean, sit, or climb on balcony railings or edges.
• The property owners and management cannot accept liability for injuries or accidents resulting from unsafe conduct in these areas.

Parking and Vehicles

• Parking within the complex or on the street is at the vehicle owner’s own risk.
• The owners or managing agents are not liable for loss, theft, vandalism, damage, or accidents involving vehicles or their contents, whether parked inside the complex or on surrounding streets.
• Please ensure your vehicle is locked and valuables are not left visible.

Use of Facilities

• Guests are asked to use all furniture, appliances, and amenities responsibly.
• Please ensure that all windows and doors are closed when leaving the property.
• Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the guest.

Third-Party Services

The property may rely on third-party services (e.g., Wi-Fi, electricity, cleaning, maintenance, or security contractors). The hosts are not responsible for interruptions in such services that are beyond their control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The host(s), property owner(s), and managing agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage (direct or consequential) suffered by guests or visitors.
• This includes but is not limited to accidents, slips, falls, injuries, illness, theft, fire, weather damage, or equipment failure.

Guests are advised that the property owner and host have taken all reasonable measures to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment, and by proceeding with the booking, guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless from any liability arising from their stay.
