House Rules

Welcome to our home! To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you respect the following house rules:

Age and Smoking Policy

• No children under the age of 12 are allowed on the premises.
• No smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted on balconies or terraces. We provide ashtrays in these outdoor areas. Please do not smoke inside the apartment.

Quiet Hours and Parties

• We observe a quiet zone from 10:00 PM onwards. While our balcony offers stunning views of Cape Town, please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbours.
• No parties or events are allowed. External visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host. If you wish to invite a visitor, please let us know in advance.

Approved Visitors Only

• Only the guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. If you need to have additional visitors, they must be pre-approved by us.
• For safety reasons, we strongly discourage hosting unknown individuals (e.g., from dating apps) in the apartment. This is to ensure everyone’s safety.

Parking Guidelines

• If you are using the allocated parking bay, please park as close to the wall as possible. This ensures other residents can move in and out easily.

Security and Access

• Always ensure that all gates and doors are securely closed behind you. This helps maintain a safe environment for everyone.
• No open fires are permitted on the premises.

Laundry and Drying

• Please do not hang laundry outside the building or on balcony railings. We provide indoor drying racks for your convenience.
